I had the most amazing experience working with Andrew Culbertson! From the moment we connected until after the purchase he has been a gem. Andrew worked endlessly to find us the perfect home we wanted and got us to close in record timing. Not only did he work tirelessly and traveled hours each time we met to make our dream come true, he also made sure that we were stable, prepared, supported and uplifted. He had so many wonderful surprises for us that were amazing personal touches like coming home after closing and seeing the giant red bow on our front door. My husband didn’t want to remove it lol. It’s the personal touches that go far. And one of the most beautiful things is that even after we’ve closed on our home, Andrew didn’t leave us. Most agents would have signed the deal and left. He’s made sure we have any resources, help and has been there to answer any questions and make sure we’re adjusting well. He is the best in Minnesota. I wouldn’t dare work with anyone else.
